I’ve had episodes of chronic eczema and tried various medications over the years. After an initial consult with Dr Olivia I had a better understanding of what foods may affect my histamine levels and after going through her diet plan I think we got a winner.
To complete the holistic approach Scott also tailored a simple workout flow that I can do while on the road since my job requires me to be on the move a lot. Really grateful for their help!

I've been training sporadically on my own for almost a year and wasn't getting much results after the first 2-3 months. I was introduced to Scott who tailored a functional training programme that I could actually stick with and enjoyed doing, and a big boost to my results also came after a consult with Dr.
Olivia. Her advice on diet and nutrition made a lot of sense and with her help I've learned what foods are suitable for me and no, I don't need to go vegan. Functional training plus functional medicine is a potent combination, thumbs up!

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I make sure that I understand each clients individual needs and circumstances and help device a blueprint for lasting lifestyle change, born out of which will be the physical changes they desire. There are tried and tested methods, and then there is the nuance of creating a program that will specifically work for an individual, I pride myself in operating within that nuance. My coaching service is very involved, accountability is key especially in the early stages of a health and fitness journey.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Consistency, diets don't work, neither does sacrificing your health to achieve an aesthetic goal. Motivation will only take you so far, but cultivating the discipline to maintain your program whether you feel like it or not will be the difference between success and failure, my work is to provide the best plan possible and then coach my clients to the discipline to see it through.
What do you love most about your job?
Sowing the seed of change and educating my clients about a healthier way of life.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Growing up I was interested in three things: 1. Health 2. Psychology 3. Business. Starting a personal training company was a no-brainer as its the intersection between the three things that fascinate me.

I believe I have an extensive knowledge base and can adapt readily to any client. I have worked at the highest level in the industry and will not give up on my clients until they see lasting change.
