Big pan catering is what it says; we have huge koraii's ( like woks ) and pans and can make anything that can be cooked in a pan; stews, noodles, curries, mac n cheese etc etc

Talk to the client to get full information about the event then make suggestions which can be altered in any way to really suit the event
What do you love most about your job?
Meeting people and doing different things all the time
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was not very good at working for someone else so, in 1980, I jacked in my job and started outside catering to support my family ( 1 child of 2 years and one of 3 months )

Authentic Spanish Paella
We make paella using authentic Spanish ingredients; there are many types of paella ( including one that uses pasta ). We chat over what you would like then prepare the ingredients in our kitchen and cook the paella in front of your guests. We can also serve tapas while your guests wait to eat and a range of salads with the paella
Big Pan Catering
If it can be cooked in a pan, we can do it. Whether you want curry, noodles, stews, mac n cheese etc etc we can provide it
With over 40 years experience in outside catering, we can provide virtually anything
