What do you love most about your job?
Meeting various people, showing them that the process can be much simpler than they thought. Showing them that their complex issue can be solved in a simple way.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After 20 years a mortgage and insurance broker, I decided to concentrate on estate planning as I had previously offered this to my mortgage clients.
Why should our clients choose you?
Personnel service, not part of a large organisation with targets to meet. Many organisation do not give any idea of cost preferring to send an adviser i.e. salesman who once in your home will be targeted to up sell to you to products you most probably do not require.
As the business owner I can agree discounts on a package of products rather than have to work to a company price list.
I believe it’s important that the person drafting the Will is also the person who conducted the appointment, the reason for an appointment is to find out how you feel about the issues which cannot be covered with some tick boxes or single sentences on an instruction sheet.
