Kris & Kevin have just left. Great representatives of Satellite Sound & Vision. Replaced our screen & were here 30-40 mins. Very friendly & could recognise they enjoy working together. Before leaving they also gave us advice on how to get the best performance from our LG appliance, with regards to settings. Oszustwo , telewizor miał być naprawiony w domu jak już będą mieć wyświetlacz na wymianę. Cześć dotarła i Engineer miał wymienić wyświetlacz u mnie w domu. W dniu naprawy i wizyty engineer satellite sound postanowili zabrać telewizor do siebie zanim nawet Engineer go sprawdził u mnie w domu . Cześć była przez satellite sound & Vision zamówiona tydzień przed tą wizyta . Oszuści zabrali telewizor i kazali czekać następne 14 dni aż wyświetlacz zamówią , tak właśnie ten sam wyświetlacz który mieli już bo umówili mnie na wymianę go w domu przez ich technika. Sprawa naprawy trwała za długo i za dużo zmieniali razy historie naprawy. Postanowiłam umówić wizytę z samsunga gdzie poinformowali mnie że naprawa w ten sam dzień w domu wiec zrezygnowałam z naprawy z satellite sound dzwoniąc do general & domestic. General & domestic umówił zwrot telewizora do mnie do domu i zamknął status naprawy z satellite sound. Teraz historia najlepsza , satellite sound Engineer writing off mój telewizor 4 dni później . Tak właśnie , telewizor mój który można było naprawić za £250 z samsungiem. Cuda prawda. I have to say how good the service has been from this company. I didnt have to wait long before the TV was collected, repaired and back within a few days,reconnected and their loan set taken away.
