I took my car in today to get a dent removed from the rear quarter panel. I am extremely pleased with the quality of the work and my car looks as good as new. Took car in for estimate after I made a slight error in reversing which creased the bumper and damaged the paintwork om my car. Found everyone very friendly and helpful. Agreed price and booked car in for repair. Just picked up car. They have done a fantastic job and it looks like new. Update:

After having the car examined by a second mechanic, he told me that some paint got into the suspension and friction was making the noise, which could've been prevented if the mudguard/suspension had been covered.

I've updated the rating to 4 stars as the guys were nice and the job was good, but the fact that they a) got paint on the undercarriage and b) the driver seat and door were full of dust takes away from it.

The only thing that bothers me a bit is that I did find footage of the car being taken somewhere else in the dashcam, but was told it was only moved a few yards.

I'd go back, if they would have me, but I would ask for them to be a bit more careful.

Took the car in for a small dent on the front wing, which was fixed but the mud guard and shock absorber and coil spring weren’t covered during the paint job, so now they are stained with the color of the car. When I picked up the car, the driver seat and door were very filthy with what seemed to be dust from sanding-down other vehicles, which is not acceptable especially as I had just vacuumed and cleaned my upholstery.

Finally, after I picked up the car, I noticed a sound that wasn’t there before. I took it to a garage and they said that the gear box was damaged, which is odd as before I took it here the gear box was fine. I can’t prove that it was SAS that damaged the car, but the car had undergone MOT, service and timing belt change just a couple of days before and everything was perfectly fine, even as I drove the car to them.

Can't speak for the price as it was paid for by the owner of the truck that dented the car. More...
