Had a visit from Sargeant & Son as they are my landlords appointed contractors. A lady called me straight away after I reported an issue to my Property Managers, to book an appointment to attend the leak. A gentleman then came to look at my, at the time, supposedly leaking washing machine (turned in to a more severe situation due to a neighbours leak!) Utter rip off of a service. Paid hundreds for a new shower unit to be fitted only for 22 months later the “new” unit they fitted to not working and apparently not covered by them. Such poor service - would definitely not recommen! More...
