Sarah has the ability to be critical without being patronising, to motivate without pushing and to make you go that one step further than you ever thought you could go. She is my coach since October 2011 and she has guided me through a hard time. Sarah Brookes has been my Personal Trainer for one year now and she has helped to motivate me into keeping in shape for good. My strength and fitness levels have increased dramatically.
