I have a Master's degree in counseling family, children and young adults. I mainly work with couples that are experiencing communication issues, stress, transitions, bringing a child into their world or whatever is that they can no longer see themselves as a couple and need more support. I'm not only a good listener but I can teach the tools necessary for couples to learn how to communicate more effectively. I also work with a lot of individuals . Mostly folks that are under 40. I have a lot of experience treating severe anxiety, depression or anything that is getting in the way of someone being their true self.
