I was a part of a one month online PT session that James offered. It was very informational and motivations. James truly cares about his clients and wants to help them lose the weight. He also provided a useful powerpoint presentation with helpful tips. We had to do regular weigh ins and he was always there to answer any questions and provide guidance. Through creating a realistic, entirely tailored, clear & enjoyable plan. Regular feedback checkups and discussions to re-evaluate our plan whenever needed.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Consistency & continuously aiming towards progression with each exercise routine. Being realistic but disciplined with your approach is highly effective and has always been the most effective method of achieving your dream body.
What do you love most about your job?
Helping people, watching their body and mindset change. I have seen so many of my clients become happier & so much more confident in themselves.
I also pride myself on having a very low turnover of clientele, I still have clients that I started working with when I first became a personal trainer. I genuinely care about the people I work with, and this shows in itself. I have gotten to know my clients friends & families, I have attended their weddings & social events before. I always ensure performance in sessions is always at it's best.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to make a difference to peoples lives, with my own style. Being able to work for myself gives me complete freedom to work where, when & how I want.

I specialise as a mobile Personal Trainer, either at your home, office or outdoors. My services have been remote for the last 6 years, I provide all equipment necessary for any type of session.
I also offer online Personal Training, with a fully structured plan and weekly checkups with all of my online clients. The structured plan consists of regular exercise routines with clearly set goals and explanations of each exercise, an easy to access cloud based spreadsheet so we can both update and look at your plan.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I clean all equipment before and after each session to ensure the highest health & safety standards are always met.
For outdoor socially distanced sessions, I also have a pop-up gym with shelter from all types of weather conditions, this way there is a constant flow of fresh air and a highly reduced chance of contracting Covid.
Fat Loss
Combining exercise sessions and nutritional assistance, we will work together with looking in to what caused your increase in body fat, and implement lifestyle changes, which will become habits. This is the best method of reducing body fat and keeping it off for good.
