Here's a little bit about me.

I started with rowing from a young age and have done this for over 10 years now. I have been coaching for the England rowing team and after five years of coaching I took my passion for fitness further and became a Personal Trainer.

Sam helped me shed the weight I had gained since stopping football and sports. He showed me how make the best use of the gym equpiment and gave me a variety of different workouts I could do in my own time. His meal plans ensured I could still enjoy the food I loved but in a healither manner. His programmes have ensured that I not just lost the weight, but also kept it off. After overcoming a serious health issue last year Sam has supported me in not only physically achieving my goals but mentally. No longer am I scared of those 'dreaded weight rooms' and 'the fear of being bulky if I lift something heavy.' I am stronger, leaner and back to my pre-illness shape, if not better. If your goal is to build muscle, get lean or tone up I will offer you the best nutritional advice getting your body on track to achieve your goals.
Starting with a food diary, we will monitor your nutrition intake each week to make sure we tailor everything to your own individual preferences keeping you happy every step of the way.
Workout programs are personalised specifically for you by me and updated and varied on a regular basis to keep pushing you to your desired goal.
Your workout program will have the best and most effective exercises, to achieve your goal. These workout programs can be designed to get rid of that unwanted body fat or to build lean muscle.
They are also designed to increase your strength and make you feel GREAT!

There is no secret to getting the body of your dream.
You must set time aside to achieve the perfect body, or desired goal. Put some dedication into your diet which I can advice on and give you the best most efficient ways of eating to compliment your training.

I have been a trainer and coach for 5 years. I love my job and this industry as it gives me great satisfaction making people feel better about themselves through exercise and diet. It doesn't just change the way people look, but it changes the way people are in general and everyday life, making them confident and ready to take on the world.

I have been a trainer and coach for 5 years and a rower for 10 years, all in which I was self employed. I had gone to university but decided I wanted to work for myself and make a difference to people's lives through my visions and ideas.

I have trained and coached all age group's and gender's. Not once have I not achieved success with a client, or some sort of satisfaction making them feel better about themselves through exercise or diet. Whether its to achieve a goal like tone up or to feel more confident about training I can get you there.

I have also worked with the England rowing team, Oxford University and Universities of London where I have helped a wide range of sportsmen and people new to exercise achieve a specific goal.

On top of all of this I have competed at a high level nationally for 10 years as a rower, so understand the ups and downs of injuries, illness's and how to bounce back from them and become stronger! This is something that inspired me to take on a career in fitness and sport, from this knowledge I have helped people recover from broken bones, serious illness's such as pulmonary embolism's and getting fitter after operations.

I have also undergone a professional course for HIIT training and other specific metabolic resistance conditioning, to learn how to burn fat and build lean muscle / tone up
