Hello i can offer a range of options for your training my main part of training is boxing coaching. Iv been a keen boxer for a number of years now and had a large number of bouts within the sport. Im also level 3 personal trainer qualified. Very out going type of person and place that into each session i train someone which is meaning there getting most out of them self each time we train .

I never belived it would happen , but after i completed my personal trainnners courses i belived in myself and i have now done this for a number of years and built up amzing clientele .
