I visited saima's tea room today with my mum and ordered cream tea for two which was scones with clotted cream, Jam and teas. The lady was very helpful and explained all the allergens really well. There were not many cakes and we were told it was all sold out previous day and we could see they were baking more. The scones were extremely light and freshly baked and we thoroughly enjoyed our cream teas. Will definitely visit again for the cakes as we heard they are exceptional. It was fabulous to get to know you today as neighbours at the fair.
The lemon meringue cake in a jar was absolutely delicious - definitely the sweetest, creamiest, most tangy lemon cake I've tasted in a very long time.
There's nothing left of the banoffee pie cupcake which my husband hastily devoured (without even offering me a taste!)
Your products speak for themselves, Saima. I wish you every success for your very bright future...and hope you and the family enjoy your next Slimming World curry!

I usually only have the one but couldn't resist her strawberry shortcake cupcakes so went back for seconds! I commissioned a Ginger sticky cake as a surprise for Mother's Day as was my Mother's favourite cake and my Mum (& I) were not disappointed when it had been produced by Saima. A delicious tasting cake with the right level of spice and a very moist cake too. The decorations of fresh fruits on the cake were so pretty and a really eye-catching design with no bleeding on the fruit. My Mum was in total ore of the cake when I gave it her. What inspired you to start your own business?
My kids are my inspiration. Little baking activities turned into baking cakes for friends And family and eventually I decided to study patisserie which obviously polished my skills and I found my passion.
