The Sagaciti Toolkit™
We developed the new Sagaciti Toolkit™ based on our track record in the public and commercial sectors. We have successfully delivered change and improved performance; delivered operational, tactical and strategic leadership in a 6000 strong organisation; managed the commensurate budgets, reduced costs; handled significant risk; and,
created evidence-based policy.
We have also established and improved contact handling centres, implemented a new operating model and helped organisations and multi-agency teams to collaborate to become more efficient and effective.
Given our experience we wanted something tangible to enable organisations to focus on their core purpose, deliver quality services and grow their business. By helping people ‘see the wood from the trees’ we simplify the complex, improve effectiveness, drive productivity, increase customer and staff engagement and better manage risk.
Our “eureka moment” came when we created our new Sagaciti Toolkit™. It works equally well for a light-touch review of a single business element or a full organisational ‘deep-dive’.
Because the Toolkit forensically assesses an organisation’s ‘AS-IS’ (the current state), our clients gain evidence-based information that we use to work together to design and co-create the ‘TO-BE” (the desired state). It also lays a firm foundation to implement design changes for the organisation, department or team.
The Toolkit has been successfully used in the commercial sector (customer services for a UK national retail company), and the public sector (multi-agency partnership programme managing high risk, review and recommendations of system use on organisational behaviour and culture, re-design of call handling operating model).
We have developed the Sagaciti Toolkit™ so that it can be used in any organisation, team, department, or specialist service, and in unique business environments whatever their purpose, speciality or unique challenge. The Sagaciti Toolkit™ is also available for clients to use on license.

We have specialist skills and experience in Strategic and Tactical Command (critical incidents, 'Gold/Silver/Bronze', firearms and public order through to command of the Olympic Torch), along with major & serious crime investigations (including homicide, homicide review, serious case reviews and crimes in action at PIP L3 and L4 experience).
