Very pleased with the crew at Safeshield Construction for being very communicative and informative. I need quite a few windows and two patio doors replaced in my home, and they came to the rescue! Karina at the office, answered all of my questions, while confirming the appointments, providing all the details, and giving me a quote in no time!After meeting with a couple of contractors, I decided to go with Billy and his team, and I'm very glad I did. The execution of the project was seamless from start to finish , and they showed genuine passion through their work. I was very particular with what I wanted, and am happy to say that everything turned out perfect! Billy was very helpful when it came to his suggestions and professionalism. I was looking to get quotes for a patio sliding door. Â I had received a few quotes before Safeshield Construction came out. Â I met Billy and was super impressed. Â Communication is very important to me and he kept me informed. Â From our initial meeting to follow up calls and emails. Â His pricing was competitive with others. Â I ended up choosing Safeshield Construction based on Billy being upfront, straight to the point and non-rude method. Â The sliding door was installed by one of his guys. He listened and asked questions to understand what I really need and to make sure he could offer the right solution with superior value. We decided to have our windows replaced by Safeshield and it was the best decision we made, we had a few companies come out and the attention that we received from safeshield was better than anybody else’s. Our project manager took us step by step with what was going to be done, the materials that were going to be used and the type of windows that we were going to purchase we ended up purchasing 12 windows and 3 sliders, Safeshield's office keep us updated the weeks coming up to the installation. Overall Safeshield was amazing, my wife and i knew with a project this size we were going to have some hiccups but Safeshield took care of everything and made this process smooth.The warranty provided by safeshield was better than the other companies we had come to our home.Safeshield was not the cheapest contractor but we were in good hands, the workmanship was great and the communication through out the entire process was good. Bill, the owner of SafeShield Construction did a fantastic job installing two security doors for my father. Not only was he promptly there at 8am and finished both doors in two hours and left the worksite with scant evidence of his presence; but the best thing about Bill is the thought and care he put forth in the installation - finding a way to leave a 60-yearplus unique trim around the door frames unscathed!! I must say that Bill, the owner of SafeShield Construction did a superb job of installing two security doors for us. Â He personally wrote up the estimate and did the actual installation of two doors in a punctual (promptly there at 8am sharp during a schedule window of 8am-10am), timely (2 hours for both doors) and highly efficient and caring manner (as told below). Â The most impressive aspect about Bill was he realized the trim surrounding the doors were unique and dated back 60+ years. Â He initially thought the trim had to be "customized" to make the doors fit; however, he was very cognizant and appreciative of the trim's distinctiveness and was able to install both doors in a way that left the trim untouched!! Â So much appreciation and gratitude to Bill for his considerate and thoughtful approach in the way he conducts his profession. Â From the initial scheduling for an estimate to the final "walk-through", working with Bill was smooth & effortless.I would not hesitate to call Bill and SafeShield Construction for future jobs!!
