We recently used Safe Removals for our office and storage move over 2 days. On both moves, the removal teams were amazing! Hard working, helpful and patient. The lead up to the move, everyone behind the scenes was very helpful. The only grumble was that the storage move could have been made easier if the vehicle has a tail lift as there was a lot of items and some of them were very heavy. From the beginning we felt confident with safe removals.
On the day the guys that came were really good, hard working, polite and just got on with the job.
I commend them for their attitude.
There was just one small problem the Luton van was too small I was expecting a bigger one, but in the end we managed to take the remaining things in our car and van.
Despite this minor judgement I would recommend and use safe removals again.

I had a team of 3 who were friendly and helpful. They turned up on time packed my stuff and moved it over to the new location efficiently. They turned up later at my convenience to pick up the boxes I did not need after unpacking. The only reservation I have is that they packed unrelated things into the same box. For example placed clothes / suits on top of electric fans. cleaning stuff were mixed with food items. I was also surprised that they did not use trolleys to move heavy boxes. From start to finish they were very professional, overly courteous and friendly to make sure every part of your move is done smoothly.
Patrick was the office person we spoke to on the phone to get things started and he always sounded like he had your best interest in mind. The guy "John" and the 2 other movers (who deserves huge amount of recognition) also made sure our time was valuable and didn't waste any time moving.
I also give them 5 Stars because we did have an incident with another "5 Star" moving company that really was a "1 Star". So when I say that Safe Removals deserves 5 Stars...we truly mean it. We would definitely use them again in the future.

Excellent Service. Safe Removals weren't just moving our belongings but also packing everything we owned so we were trusting them with our livelihoods. I am glad to say that nothing broken and the move was very seamless and non-hectic. Even after everything was moved and it was time to go, they stayed a bit longer just to make sure everything we needed was done. The company also had the best prices for packing up belongings. The other companies I contacted planned on charging for supplies used (tape, boxes, etc) as well as time spent packing boxes but Safe gave me the closest thing to a flat-rate fee, so there wouldn't be any surprises.
