From the moment I entered the building I felt comfortable and relaxed. Everyone seemed reliable and friendly. I got the impression the dentist was genuinely keen to 'do a good job' and had a good approach to help me feel safe. After examination all treatment options were explained, discussed and evaluated and time was taken to ask about my preferences and to answer my questions.
