Steve - I love providing service that helps people's lives a little bit easier. I believe it makes people's lives a little bit happier going home in a clean tidy house, where they can relax and recharge their energy. It makes a good impression to your clients if you have a clean and tidy office, also it generates productivity within your team. I love seeing the difference we make in cleaning people's home and office. I particularly like discovering and learning new cleaning products and equipment that is efficient and effective in cleaning. In the future, I would like to add professional carpet and oven cleaning in the services that we provide.
Riza - I support Steve with his business and I work within the care industry - for me, caring and providing cleaning business has similarities, both provide service that is to 'help' people, I take the approach I learnt from my caring job and use it to provide a service that is improtant to you. I go beyond why you wanted your house/office to be cleaned. Whether that's because you want your deposit back for an end of tenancy aggreement or your in laws will be visiting the next week, or for your own satisfaction. I am a little bit OCD, a tidy freak and I am also self certified 'minimalist', so I get great pleasure in helping people get their houses or offices clean and tidy. It's an equivalent to what we call "rewarding" job. In the future, I would like to add professional decluterring service in our service.
