I called Ryan after my desktop wouldn't switch on. He came round to mine within a short space of time. Was polite, clean, tidy and appeared to know what he was doing! Anyway, he diagnosed the problem quickly, temporarily replaced the power unit with one of his own, helped me buy my own replacement online and then came round to fit it within 10 mins after I text to say it had been delivered. I got Ryan on the Chat link on a Sunday 10 minutes before he closed his website. I explained the loss of sound through the front headphone socket and the lack of power to the CD Rom on my desktop computer. He offered to come round in about 10 minutes time, did so and resolved the issues at a very reasonable price. Now that is what I call a service.

We are very happy with the I.T support Ryan provides to the preschool. He knows his stuff and can fix any problem we present to him.
He has set-up all of our preschool computers and laptop for us and also designed and maintains our new website which is amazing. Very polite and a great number to have on speed dial if we ever have a problem with our computers at the preschool. Would defiantly recommend to anyone needing help with their computers or need a website build for them. Thank you
