About

My name is Ryan Fearn, I am a level 4 Personal trainer based at Lifestyle Fitness gym in Canterbury Kent. ​I also work as fully qualified British Weight Lifting Coach at Canterbury Strength Weight lifting Club.

I come from a background in science education and all the training methods I use are put together using the very latest research within the fields of Sports Science and Strength & Conditioning.

I have had a number of personal trainers over the years and Ryan is by far the best to date. He takes onboard my past injuries and tailors a workout that's best suited to my individual needs. He has been a fantastic support and I have achieved personal bests and weight lose in a very short period of time. Highly recommended. More...

I was so nervous when I first started training because I never thought I would be able to get fit and had very little confidence in myself. Ryan helped me feel comfortable in the gym environment and gave me the confidence to commit to training. I drastically changed my lifestyle with his guidance and he regularly checked in to see how I was getting on. He would come up with a variety of plans to always keep the sessions challenging and really pushed me to get the results I wanted. Ryan is a fantastic personal trainer, really encouraging and up for a laugh! My workout was tailored to me personally and really tough, but he motivated me to complete it when I didn't think I could.
