After Sales service appalling. Entry phone broke after just a year and considering it was supposed to be for a commercial company was told it was due to ‘heavy’ usage. Engineer came out and swapped one of the buttons over that wasn’t in use. We then had an issue with the emergency door release which needed resetting and as we had no key, I asked for a key to be sent out but was told an engineer would come out to reset it and leave a key but a key wasn’t left. I was then invoiced for the call out which I wasn’t advised of at the time which I queried and was told that “you were left a key at installation”. It was a case of our word against theirs so I said we’d pay the invoice providing they sent out a reset key. We were then told not to ‘bother’ paying the invoice but they would send out a key anyway. A week later we’re still waiting for a key to receive a key which doesn’t surprise me in the slightest. Certainly won’t be using them again! More...

Kate, you are so rude, a key was left with you, you have lost it. I have told you not to pay for the call out even though you should. But I have credited this as I know you are a very small social club and money it tight. Regarding the keys I personally sent these out in the post. If you haven’t received then tell me and I will send more out or please pop to our office and I will give you some. The kindest Regards Dean

Amazing! I have one kid on under 13 and one just started in under 6. All the adults are volunteers and care deeply for the kids making sure they are having fun. Going to the Berry after the first little football game made the day even more special for my little one. Pitch was great and it was all about everyone having fun and feeling included.
