I can't say enough positive things about this company. I've had 2 experiences with them and I've found them to be processional and courteous as well as seemingly genuine. it is rare to find a company that will take the time to fully flesh out the issues. Rutter Roofing takes the time, they look things over and give you options that are realistic. No hard sales tactics. No pressure to do anything beyond what you want/need done.Work is done with care and consideration. My property was possibly cleaner after the crew left. realizing they do more than just Roofs and Siding, I am likely calling them for all of my other projects. I wish I had come across them sooner. Five stars for John (their PM). Kept constant communication, provided answers to all of our questions and made adjustments to the estimate when needed. We came very close to picking Rutter for our new roof because they had the best price from 6 roofers we contacted. Plus John was a pleasure to deal with. I have watched these men put a roof on a lady across the street.. I am blown away on how much these men took care of her home. It didn’t even look like they were even there.. I seen them rack the garden and lawn, sweep the drive way, pick stuff off the lawn. Not one thing was left on the ground, very friendly.. Mike has a natural like and trust factor. He took measurements of my roof, showed my best options for my needs, and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need.
The roofing crew was great. They tore off the old shingles, replaced some water damaged wood, and installed a beautiful new roof. They took very good care not to damage any gutters, plants, and bushes around the house. And they did a fantastic cleanup job afterwards.
The house was long overdue for new windows so I decided to get new windows as well. Mike measured the windows then sent Kevin to measure again. Kevin was a window installing machine who kept the inside of the house clean (And he was nice to my dog :) Alex was like an artist when doing the capping outside. The windows are beautiful inside and out. Even more important, the house is so much warmer now.
The crew at Rutter Roofing is top quality. I highly recommend Rutter Roofing for all you home improvement needs!

Rutter Roofing made some repairs to my room this week. They showed up on time and got it all done in one day. When they got up there, they realized a few things needed to be done that wasn't in the original quote, so they called me to check if it was okay first.
