This company (staff member using the name James) will bomboard landlords with messages on letting sites such as Gumtree etc - trying to convince them to use their services and don't like to be rejected/ignored. Given good tradesmen are professional and don't resort to this type of tactic - I would recommend you keep away from them. More...

A fantastic job by Rushton & Co - interior decorating, making good, filling cracks and lining a ceiling, emulsion on walls and ceilings with egg shell on woodwork, included very high ceiling. Simon was excellent with his advice and the lads, Adam and Richard did a superb job. Extremely tidy, polite and hardworking. Kept them hydrated with coffee (lots of sugar!) and biscuits. I asked Simon to come and have a look at some old oak panelling in my 1920's house as I was unsure what to do with it. He came out and advised us on the best course of action. Simon and his team kept me up to date with when they would be coming and arrived on time and worked hard to produce a great finish.
