Q&As

Strong visual impact and a clear message to visitors is the key to a good website. With this in place and good technical implementation, accurate graphical presentation and an easy to navigate user interface you have the best chance to keep your visitors and convert them to customers.

Who are we talking to and why?
What is your single minded proposition?
What supports your proposition?
Who do you compete with and how are you better than them?
What do you want to be the outcome of the project/want your audience to do
How do you find your audience now, what have you done before to reach them sucessfully?
What is the schedule?
Is there a budget /restraint?

Once we have agreed a brief we will develop ideas, usually presented visually. This tests our understanding of the brief before we commit further resources, ensures that we have the support of all client stakeholders and draws out feedback and direction.

Generally we find that every project will have natural stages for progress review and feedback. It is important that all stakeholders in a project are engaged at each review stage. This saves time and money and possibly embarrassment!

Projects will move from concept to design to artwork and development.

Wherever possible we prefer to design from the ground up rather than choose templates and make compromises based on best fit.
