Dear Sharmin,I completely understand that you were not happy with the service of Royal Domestics but we have 24 hours customer service and you could place an official complain any time straight away to one of our consultants. I just would like to make clear that we do not have service that costs £13.50 and we have a minimum of 3 hours to be booked. If you have booked two cleaners and they stayed 1.5 hours it means actually 3 hours cleaning in total. Usually our sales consultants are giving an approximate time of the service but it is not possible to give an exact time of cleaning over the phone without seeing the condition of the property. We are giving the option to our clients to extend the service on the day of the service. Our cleaners are trying to do everything that the client requires within the time booked but sometimes the time booked is just not enough. And if you have felt that time was not enough you could have booked an additional hour or so.We are advising our clients to check everything after the completion of the job and if there are any issues to be resolved straight away.Our aim is not to take money for a low quality service than to leave the client happy.Thank you for your opinion!Albena RadanovaOffice manager  More...
