Now he is so much calmer after being socialised on the rove walks and will happily go over to other dogs and sniff them! I've never used a pet sitter before and the cats have always gone to a cattery. This time I thought I would try out pet sitting so that my two fur babies could stay in the comfort of their own home. Alex was brilliant and I came back to two very happy kitties!! Being away for two weeks with an empty house is usually daunting but knowing that Alex was visiting daily also gave me peace of mind that all was well. I didn't have to worry about the cats or the home as Alex kept an eye on both. Alex also went the extra mile and did the litter boxes out the day before I came home so that I didn't have to.I would recommend Alex to everyone. Alex came to meet my boys for a 'meet and greet' so they were familiar with her before her first visit. The boys loved her, she was extremely professional and made me feel at ease that they would be in good hands. After a couple of visits Alex popped in and the boys wouldn't leave her side expecting to go out! Rove really went above and beyond for us, we have 2 cats & 3 chickens and a substantial garden that needed watering whilst we were away.
Rove were convenient and professional and even hoovered up the cat fur before we came home to ensure we came back to a clean and tidy house.

What do you love most about your job?
Animals are just so rewarding! Whether it's a cuddle from that aloof kitty we've been feeding all week or a wagging tail and a wet nose when we come to take your dog for a walk - Rove love animals. They are the reward in itself.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Rove has been a long time coming. As founder, I've worked in an office in London for a long time. Always relying on pet services to help me and my dog - but recently decided that that's not what's making me happy in my life. I wanted to spend less time on a train and more time outside, and animals have always been my calling.
I love what I do now and would never look back. Rove means the world to me, and it definitely translates for you and your pet.

Group dog walk (60 min)
The Recipe for a good dog is usually pretty simple – Good Diet, Good Exercise, Good Structure = Good Dog. Rove can definitely take care of one of those aspects for you; Good Exercise.
Whether you’re at work all day, incapacitated (short or long term) or for any other reason; you know your dog needs a little more exercise, freedom and fun. They are getting restless at home, and are in need of some extra stimulation.
