So I’m going to have to be completely honest here... I am a northern girl who moved to the south and have never understood the hype about bbq down here. Actually to be honest, although it’s almost a curse word in Texas, I actually do not like bbq. So with that being said, Kyle heard me talking and decided to stay up all night and cook his Roughhouse Smokers BBQ and bring me a “plate” to work. Let’s just say that my opinion was quickly swayed and for the first time ever, got what the hype was all about. I actually started booking catering orders from Roughhouse for work events and even the “bbq fanatics” claimed it was the best they have ever had. Top notch service, excellent food and attention to detail coupled with a very reasonable price, what’s not to rave about? To this day, I still will not go out of my way to eat bbq from just anywhere, but I will definitely not pass up an opportunity to indulge when it comes to Roughhouse. We can produce any dish to perfection. But our passion is barbecue. It takes hard work and love to maintain a fire for well over 6-14 hours, all while babysitting your meat so that you can produce some of the most deliciously moist and tender meat ever!

We listen to the clients needs and work closely with them to produce a menu that is to their liking.
