Haslam IT rescued my quite old computer and it is now running so much better. I appreciated not having to buy a new computer as it didn't make sense based on my circumstances. A few days ago, I contacted Darrell, after a recommendation from a friend. I had a problem with insufficient memory on my PC. Although my computer is very old and the ideal solution was to buy a more up to date system, this was not an option for me. He was very prompt in response to my query and a remote look at the system, confirmed that this was the case. He collected the PC today and within a very short time, rang me to say that it was complete and could he bring it back. Everything seems to be working fine now and when those large Windows or Adobe updates come along, I hope to have no further problems! I recently had a keyboard and hard drive failure on my HP laptop. The keyboard was replaced and the hard drive swapped out for a 500GB SSD drive and I couldn't be happier. I don't know how to praise Darrell 's service. He is an excellent professional with 100% commitment to his work. Darrell always answered my questions and got in touch with me to clear my doubts. His workmanship is excellent and his skill in dealing with PCs and software is outstanding. He has done a hard drive upgrade on my imac which is fast like new. I found Darrell very amicable, with a calm manner; clearly very knowledgeable, but with a practical attitude as to how useful or otherwise was the various software. I had a technical problem with my laptop and desk computer. Darrell carried out an initial check of both items and explained in lay mans language the potential cause of the problems and costs. Both computers were left for futhrer investigation. Remedial work was carried on the desk top with Darrell keeping me fully informed of costs and the parts fitted.
