Q&As

To be ale to give clients the support needed during difficult times in their lives. To view life circumstances, beliefs ,symptoms and behaviours from a healthier perspective to make positive changes and to gain self-awareness and self belief .

My personal psychotherapy when I encountered difficult situations and bereavement in my own life helped me tremendously and taught me to deal with these challenges effectively and gain ascendancy over them. As a result, I decided to study counselling and psychotherapy to enable me to help people in difficult circumstances.

I have over twenty years of experience with a broad spectrum of clients . Past clients' feedback has been that my skills along with my calm, warm and caring nature has helped them overcome their difficulties and enable them to improve their emotional and physical well-being . They have felt better prepared to meet their ongoing challenges more effectively.
