They made my day and made my husbands a little harder !! today on Valentine's Day .... I had a wrong delivery sent to me and a wrong address and then for doing the right thing they came back a 3rd time with a thank you bouquet of flowers ! !! So in the near future I'll happily be ordering flowers from this lovely establishment ... it pays to always do the right thing ... thanks for my flowers and my husband will now order from here..... The staff at Rose Garden Florist are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! Today was my second time getting flowers from them. Everyone was so kind and helpful! Rose Garden florist did an amazing job on my graduation flowers! They always have great customer service and a friendly staff. Rose Garden Florist is hands down the absolute best, stop scrolling through reviews and get with them today. My flowers were beautiful, absolutely perfect, great rates, but most importantly is that rather than disposing of the flowers at the end of the night like most places, they take the pieces to local hospitals, funeral homes, etc. That speaks volumes about the values that they have in place and makes it worth every penny. I believe the mark of a great business is how they handle customer service. We had an issue with a bouquet and I emailed the them to explain the situation. I wanted to send an update to my original post. This is a wonderful flower shop. I was so impressed with the service that I received initially that I was inclined to return to the flower shop to purchase some flowers for my wife four anniversary. Suzie the owner was so helpful and respectful she took over 30 minutes with me and my kids to help us chose the perfect floral arrangement for my wife. Suzie even went so far to hold my baby and play with her while I was shopping. Thank you Suzie and I would recommend this shop to anyone. Respectful, clean and beautiful people thabk you very much. I love this place! Very professional and organized. Always have the most unique and eye catching arrangements. They have many different floral options which can fit any budget. Hands down one of the most helpfull and passionate flower shop in modesto. I was completly out of luck last second trying to get my wife some flowers for mothers day. I told them about all my many failed attempts and i had no other place to go. Although they were so busy and booked for the next day,they went out of their way to deliver a very beautiful set of flowers sunday morning. I am not from Modesto but when I do come visit my relatives, I always bring flowers in my hand during each visit. I used different florist each time until I find the one I really like. This place was the most helpful and the flowers lasted a long time. It was their arrangement that my relatives gave the most comments on. The couple in there were super friendly and were patient. I am very shocked that one reviewer said they were terrible and I was hesitant to come here but that is not the experience I had here at all. I don't think what they said describes this floral business at all. I have already ordered 5 flowers in the past 1.5 years and it has been excellent each time. and they were all done in person with courtesy and professionalism. I really only write reviews of places that I go to more than 2 or 3 times so I can have an accurate idea of what the place is actually like. With that said... Glad to see Rose Garden on yelp!
