How would you like to learn how to listen to your body while re-connecting with movement and exercise? Root & Branch Integrative Fitness consists of personal trainers, physical therapists, Yoga instructors and Tai Chi instructors who all understand the healing power of the body and its desire to move through the world fluidly and efficiently.
