Having received an acceptable quote from Henry for facia boards, soffits and guttering, he kept a very close eye on all aspects of the work carried out. I contacted Henry about a flat roof leak above the garage/workshop area and also about the roof tiles (rendering etc) on the gable end above the garage as this appeared to be causing another leak in the workshop, Henry assured me that they could find all the leaks and explained the work involved, I received a very reasonable quote and they started work a few weeks later. The 2 lads were hard working, conscientious and very pleasant, I can't fault the work they have done, I have since had Henry and his lads back to do further work on the other gable end and the ridge tiles etc and I'm very pleased with the work. Henry’s team was a delight to have working on the roof of our new home. They took down two chimneys and relaid the asphalt on two flat roofs. Potentially this could have made a huge mess but they were careful to clear up any mess at the end of each day and avoided standing on any of the plants at the bottom of the scaffolding. Just had a leaking chimney repaired with re-rendering and lead flashing repair, all done within a day. The guys who carried out the work were very obliging and friendly, they worked really hard in rotten weather and did a lovely job. Also pressure washed the house walls in readiness for a full exterior repaint (when the weather brightens up). Henry made sure I was happy with the job with a follow up call, nice chap. We had a leak from our roof. Following a recommendation we asked H Cooper to inspect and quote for the necessary repairs. Additional to the repairs it was pointed out that the ridge tiles need recementing . We were provided quote and accepted. The work was carried our professionally in a clean and tidy manner. We had excellent and friendly service when we needed repairs to our roof earlier in the year. As with most roofs more work needed to be done that was initially thought, but this was clearly explained and the overall cost was fair and reasonable. It turned out that the weather at the time was particularly unpleasant and gave an early chance to prove the quality of the workmanship which it passed with flying colours. I would definitely recommend H Cooper Property Care.I had a rather bad leak, so the valley on my roof was stripped and replaced , he explained at the time what needed to be done and how it was going to be fixed. Ref: Relaid patio.I rarely give 5 stars, but in many respects the work was that good.I was looking for good work at a good price. The quote was reasonable and prompt and showed a good understanding of what was required. The work was done within the agreed timescale.The preparation was very thorough, and the slabs were laid on concrete rather than sand to stabilise the site. The slabs were sloped slightly so water will run away from the house and the gaps are even and filled and finished off properly.
