RoofCrafters provided a very professional service from beginning to end. The sale Rep, Justin went up on the roof and gave a detailed inspection report and provided three cost options, (depending on the quality of the material used). Although the quoted price, even at the low cost option, was higher then some of the other companies all the other companies said there would be added cost for things like replacing damaged plywood which in my opinion would probably wind up higher then the RoofCrafters quote anyway. The RoofCrafters quote was all inclusive and I'm happy to say the price they quoted was the price I paid even though they had to replace twelve pieces of damaged plywood. So unlike many home contractors these days there were No Surprises!!The work was done on time and also very professional. Jordan the project Manager was easy to talk to and went out of his way to explain to me where there were areas where special attention needed to be done to seal joining sections. The complete roof was removed and replaced in two days just as promised. As Jordan explained, they could have done it in one day if it wasn't for the short number of hours of daylight in January.So if you'er looking for a job done very professional and without surprises I would highly recommend RoofCrafters. RoofCrafters was great! I found them on Home Advisor, and within 5 minutes of my submission, I had a call scheduling a free consultation with same-day repair service. Frank arrived a few minutes early, was incredibly nice and personable, and had the roof repaired (nailed back up 2 shingles that had fallen) in less than an hour. From the scheduling of the service to the completion of it was less than a week, and everyone was so nice and friendly. Frank did a great job repairing the roof, and even inspected the whole thing, telling me things to watch for in the future in case of storms. Finally! After calling numerous other roofing companies and being stood up twice for appointments, Matt Pratt from RoofCrafters was called and met me at our home the same day. He identified the source of the leak above our dining room and gave us a fair quote to fix it. He also provided an overall inspection of our roof, showing us pictures of other damaged areas. Frank arrived early for our scheduled appointment, diagnosed the problem with our gutters, and ensured that we will be contacted quickly by one of their qualified subs to make the necessary repairs. Before calling RoofCrafters, I had contacted two other companies, who scheduled appointments but failed to show up or call to reschedule. Excellent company…They worked around my schedule. I received a very professional presentation of their company's services. The estimate was free, thorough and the proposal was delivered on the spot. Manny and his crew are great! They finished the entire roof job in one day. They kept the entire job site clean. People came by to visit after the installation and could not believe the roof had just been done since everything was so clean.
