Rom and Ram

Laptop crashed. John at Ramand Rom diagnosed that it needed a new hard drive, installed one and transferred all of my data perfectly.
This was all done in a short space of time
which is essential for my business, working from home.

I have used this company several times over the last few years for setting up a new computer, upgrading to windows 10 and resolving problems. Just recently John even managed to rescue my old emails after I had inadvertently uninstalled Thunderbird. He responds quickly to calls/email and visits the house to deal with the issues speedily.
