I visited Rolle Therapy after suffering from a stiff neck last summer, Cindy helped sort out my neck and recommended that I should try Thai yoga with Ken. I regularly experience tight muscles especially after boot camp but Thai Yoga has worked wonders for me and my muscle tightness has dramatically reduced and my recovery is much quicker after I do boot camp. I experience the most wonderful massage at Rolle Therapy by the brilliant Ken. His knowledge is second to none and his main aim is that you leave the room feeling like a completely new person. I felt that Ken looked after me very well and shows great concern to whatever problem I had. I went for the massage with very painful upper back and shoulder pain due to my career. You will not find any better massage therapist. Always feeling refreshed when I've left. Only have the sports massage and worth every penny. No coincidence I've not had any injuries since going to Ken. It is an essential part of a exercise regime. If you don't have regular massages if you lift weights you are just waiting to get an injury that can easily put you out for weeks/months.
