We used RMB when travelling to UK while scouting schools for our daughters in 2015. Ruth took the time to understand our needs and find us a nanny that was well suited to fit our needs. Ruth which is the consultant for Rockmybaby London, is the best in my opinion !I have been working with her since 2014 and so far, all of my placements through her worked out, including the temporary ones. What makes her different from most agencies , it's that she will always make sure that not only the family, but also the Nanny are fully happy . She is also amazing at negotiating fair agreements for once again, both for the family and the Nanny. If I could ,I would work through her only as she is the only consultant that I know who is really passionate at ensuring that everybody is happy when most of the other agencies would have a pro-family approach only.I have worked in 2 long term positions through Ruth , and these families were amazing to work for.
