As far as Personal Trainers go Rob is the best you could ask for. He got me working hard, he helped me change my approach to the whole gym world and even how I eat. He always offered valuable advice, he showed an enormous amount of patience and let me be myself.Regardless of people's needs and backgrounds, Rob has shown that he is understanding and adaptable. Rob has been my PT for the past 3 months, initially only on twice monthly sessions. But I've seen such great results I am now moving to weekly. I took the gym fitness test when he started and again this week, my body fat has reduced and body muscle increased

Robert is a very competent personal trainer. He has the talent to motivate you and "kick your butt" if you need it. Thanks to him I achieved my New Years Resolution in 2016 to become more active.

Robert is hugely supportive and encouraging. I am Target led and when I have found I’m lagging Robert has always offered the best solution and which makes me get back on track.

I also particularly like and am encouraged by the weekly challenges, to include improving fruit and or water intake.

I was looking to loose a little pre Christmas weight, I knew of Rob as I had seen him around on Facebook pages. I decided to reach out because he had an online service, I signed up, we spoke for around 10 mins on the phone and we got started on the 4 week program. On my first day I had a weigh in a chunky 14st 1.5lbs by the end of the program I was slightly less chunky 13st 5.5lbs ! One thing I can say, it was alot easier than I thought it would be. Working with Rob has been life transforming without doubt as I needed get more ripped - and although I had the bulk and some muscle he helped to formulate a simple powerful plan to getting shredded which I was very happy about. Robert Leat is a great down to earth guy that actually gave me a realistic and achievable exercise plan. The fact that he spends the time tailoring it all to my needs gave me the confidence that he’s the right choice for me. Once an exercise and diet plan were set, Rob kept in touch with me on a regular basis and gave me the motivation I needed to achieve the goals we set.As an online client Rob keeps in touch with me via social media and video calls like Skype. Mostly I needed a workout plan when I started because I didn't know how to start by myself and needed to learn how to do the exercises properly as well. Before I started training with you, you told that you will help me and get me a plan to work on so that was really helpful for me.You gave me a plan to work on and taught me the exercises.When I asked some other trainers before I meet you no one actually accepted to give me a plan to work on if I'm not training with them in a session.You were really helpful whenever I wonder about something I could get my answer and that was what I really needed from the start.I'm really enjoying training with you and I'm getting all the help and information that I need.Sure I would recommend you if one of my friends told me that he wants to start going to the gym I would suggest you to him straight away.
