Robert and I met each other while working for the same biotechnology company in the Bay Area.  We graduated from the same MBA program and happened to work together on many class projects.  Most recently, Robert was my real estate agent for the sale of my condo in San Francisco. First of all, Robert is the most professional agent I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He is truly a partner when it comes to selling your home. After living in my beloved apartment for 10 years, it was bittersweet to let it go. Robert made this process seamless and made me feel assured that I would get the right price with the right buyer - which to my delight happened. I had a long list of asks in this sale which Robert understood and went above and beyond to satisfy my requirements - which included finding a buyer who would hand out Halloween candy on my historic SF Street (no joke, I added this as a point for sale in my contract). It was imperative that I sell to someone who loved my place as much as me and would participate in the many community events my awesome neighbors host throughout the year. While the other 5+ agents I interviewed made long lists of everything I needed to do to get the place on the market (which would have been in the thousands of dollars for paint, staging, etc in addition to moving out of my place), Robert assured me I could stay put and helped me get my place ready for showings without completely uprooting my life before I was ready. Robert, along with his incredible staff absolutely went above and beyond any expectations I could even dream up - from taking items to Goodwill, de-cluttering my space, fixing various things in the apartment, cleaning windows/floors/etc - along with a lot more. My good friend was staying with me when I signed the disclosures and was blown away by Robert and his assistant Dylan's professionalism and work ethic. I still cannot believe I found Robert. The decision to sell was difficult, but I could not have imagined working with a more dedicated, compassionate, wicked smart, awesome person that I now call a friend.
