Really noticed the difference in my performance this year having a more structured training plan and a coach, without this I doubt I would have done so well in my key events. All the sessions that was set had clear instructions on what the key focuses of the sessions were and what I had to do. All the sessions were set around me and what I could do when, moving things about when necessary so I could complete the sessions. How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
By using a bespoke training programme specific to my clients goal. We all move differently and we all have different levels of mobility so what works for some doesn't work for others. So as well as achieving your goal I also make sure you are in the best condition
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Commitment from you and me. Getting the body of your dreams isn't something that happens overnight - it takes commitment. I will be with you to coach you through and advise. I see many people yoyo in weight which is often a result of some unbearable programme that isn't sustainable. I differ because I want people to improve their health with me and beyond.
What do you love most about your job?
My clients and helping them improve their life by improving their self-esteem through fitness and health
What inspired you to start your own business?
I had 20 years working in the city in an industry I had grown to dislike so decided it was time to use my skills doing something I love!
Why should our clients choose you?
I have spent most of my working life trying to fit in training around work so I know the challenges. I have also come back from serious illness so getting back to full fitness from zero was incredibly educational with many challenges.
My coaching style is very calm but motivating and fun. I am also very approachable and dependable
