Ok, sometimes they are very busy and there might be a small wait but this is generally a very good taxi service which is very reasonably priced compared to Uber and the drivers are helpful. Credit where credit is due, long term customer and never really rated anything as i find its a look at me gimmick, but this morning Roadrunners has executed the best customer service i have ever experienced. Thought i booked a taxi on the app for the airport this morning only to find it was running late upon ringing the company spoke to a lovely man who said there was no taxi booked for today when i checked i booked it for the day after and they managed to get me a car within 10 minutes to get me to the airport. Even though i was a bit rude at first due to my stupidity and ignorance that "i never make mistakes" the agent i spoke to remained professional despite a grumpy customer on the other end of the phone :-) Thank you Roadrunners i owe you one. Pricing structure! Suggest you compare and book with redhill if possible.Road runners Redhill At 3.30 am £17. Road runners Crawley at 12 mid day £23. 50 same journey !Both turned up on time with clean vehicles, redhill friendly driver.They said they were no longer road runners but a different company with different prices. Another amazing service today. My lift to the station let me down with 10 minutes to go. Called Road Runners, they checked to see if a car was immediately available and nearby - confirmed it was. Great taxi and executive car services at extremely reasonable rates. Friendly and helpful telephone staff with flexible approach to transportation.
