I recently completed a block of boot camp sessions with Rachel and absolutely loved it!!!! I didn't know I could push myself to that level. If you want to see results then this is the girl! Rach is always helpful and dedicated to provide you with all the nutrition and exercise knowledge you need ; regardless of whether you are a complete beginner or have experience in health and fitness.
Her personal training sessions are fantastic...She motivates and pushes you to meet your goals.
I would 100% recommend.

Had my first taste at the 6am boot camp this morning and I must admit I was physically challenged. Have been to Rachel's boot camp sessions- they are amazing. You get pushed at any level you are at and the team spirit Rachel creates is great. She goes above and beyond with advise and support and every session is different. I hadn't done so many of the exercises we did but now feel confident to do them and know my form is correct.

Rachel has helped me so much over the last 4 months. Through her nutrition plans I have managed to lose a substantial amount of weight and continue to do so. Training with her is hard, but despite this I enjoy every minute! She is a great source of knowledge and will always explain things and ensure you are doing everything correctly. I've just started her bootcamp sessions and am really feeling the difference after only a week. I would recommend Rachel to anyone...no matter what your goal, she will make sure you get there! I first meet Rachel about 18 months ago my goal then was to row a marathon in under 3 hours and a half marathon in under 1 hour 30 mins. Rachel looked at me as if I was mad. So we put together a training programme. My first go at the marathon I did a time of 3 hours 6 mins. Today I did a half marathon in a time of 1 hour 25 min and 25 seconds smashing my pb by 1 min 30 seconds! My next goal is to drop below 1 hour 25 for the half.

I have achieved all this with the help and guidance from Rachel out of all the trainers I have had Rachel by far has been the best I have had.

What more can I say Rachel but thank you very much. Now I can look forward to hard winters training with you.

When I first met rachel I was one of those girls who spent most of my time On the treadmill. I was too scared to even go near the weights section. After training with rachel for over a year she has taught me so much and given me the confidence to lift weights and train on my own in the gym. I have not only gained confidence in the gym but I have also got in the best shape of my life thanks to her. She has pushed me to my limits and I have been able to achieve things in the gym that I never thought was possible. Rachel has been a real inspiration to me this past year. She has helped me to achieve a loss of over 4 stone in weight and I'm a completely different person to who I was before I met her, in both appearance and confidence.
Her training ideas are unique and she gets you to do things that you just wouldn't think of yourself, but she will always demonstrate movements first so that you know you are doing everything correctly.
She has some great banter too and although she'll put you through absolute hell for an hour you always appreciate it and you will always receive positive feedback!
Rachel is very approachable and on hand to offer help and advice with nutrition as well as working out.
Thanks for all you have done for me Rachel it's very much appreciated!

When I first started at the gym I had no idea what I was doing, I would only do classes as I had no idea where to start in the free gym and way too scared to use weights. I tried Rachel's training class and it was the best thing I ever did. She really helped me understand exercises and created my love of training. I joined her bootcamps, started PT sessions and have never looked back! I am the fittest and in the best shape I have ever been and in love with training, getting pushed to my limits every session. Rachel has given me positive encouragement to help me achieve my personal goals. She has helped me with nutrition advice and as a bonus I have lost over one stone in weight. I feel healthier, happier and more confident in myself than I have for a lot of years. She is always thinking of new ideas to make the gym sessions more fun and interesting. I have trained with Sara for 8 months she is always professional and her workouts challenging but interesting

Training with Sara has made me enjoy the gym! I had no confidence in the gym and used to always stick to classes but now I prefer going into the gym and using the equipment. I have trained with Sara just over six months now and an honestly say I do feel stronger and fitter. Sara really does encourage me throughout the session, whilst making sure I am doing the exercise in the correct manner, correcting posture and stance all the way. I didn’t feel confident at all going into the gym, but now I know how to use the equipment I just need to find more time to go! Thank you Sara!

Sara has been my PT for well over a year and has been instrumental in helping me to achieve my first half marathon (having previously run no further than 100 yards! ) She is always encouraging and helpful and is also really flexible which has been important for me as I work full time with often irregular hours. Her knowledge is first rate (speaking as a medic). If, like I was, you are new to a gym environment and you lack the confidence to get started then I would strongly recommend Sara, she will push you hard, but you'll laugh through it! More...

Sara Woods has been my personal trainer for a few months now. Since I started my PT sessions with her I have lost weight, gone down a dress size and become much fitter. I’m probably fitter now in my 50’s than I was in my 20’s. Sara is very encouraging and really pushes me to achieve my absolute best even when I don’t think I can do it. Her individual training programmes and classes are the absolute best. I would highly recommend Sara Wood she will enable you to achieve anything you want to.
