My experience with Muntaha and her team at RM Legal solicitors was outstanding, I have nothing but good words to say about her efforts in buying and selling my property.
Muntaha and her team provided me and guided me step by step throughout the whole conveyancing process and reassured me with any concerns I may have had. Her service was impeccable from the very start to the end, each and everyone of her team was very friendly and would communicate with me very efficiently. Anytime I called or emailed I would get an immediate response which I have never received at any other law firm, I will definitely be recommending Muntaha and her team to all my friends and family and will be definitely be coming back for any future matters :)

Avoid this company at all costs.
As a first time-buyer I followed a recommendation from my initial estate agent to use RM Legal.
Since I was moving into Southampton and had no experience with solicitors before, I trusted their suggestion out of ease. Firstly, they were considerably more expensive than alternatives, but since I had no comparison I was willing to pay extra for, what I had assumed, would be a better level of service.
The initial solicitor dealing with my case left with little notice, leaving my case (and I’m sure many others) to be handed on to a colleague who clearly did not have the time or capacity. It took me over two weeks to get any correspondence or acknowledgement from the new solicitor. Then the administrator, the only contact at RM Legal who was liaising with me, left with no warning, again leaving me with no way to contact the company about my house purchase. No one seemed to progress anything and in the end it took seven months of constant nagging, emailing, and calling to get a completion date (with only two properties in the chain).
Finally, the exchange date arrived and I received a call during the morning asking for nearly £500 worth of charges to be paid immediately, or the exchange would not happen. I cannot express how upsetting and frustrating this was for me as a first-time buyer, living alone. I had used all my money to get to this point, having had multiple confirmations that my invoice and charges had been paid in full, I did not have this money available. I had no choice but to pay at this point due to everything being ready to go. Eventually I was told the payments had been made, however there was an additional £200 that they had ‘forgotten’ to invoice me for. That is £700 I was expected to pay ON THE DAY I WAS MOVING.
The service was absurd, bar the two administrators who I had contact with. Even when one of the directors called me to discuss the £200 fee, he admitted ‘it had been forgotten due to remote working and poor communication’. This is no excuse for poor service, repeatedly avoiding my contact (and my estate agents), and charging me an additional £700 on the day I was moving.
Horrendous experience that I would not wish on anyone.

David Lee is just the best solicitor I have ever worked with. David is approachable, fair and explains legalities thoroughly and in a way that is easy to understand.
David moved to RM Legal from another firm and I had to track him down as his professionalism and work ethic is unmatched. He is quick, reliable and always fair in legal matters. I wouldn't use any other solicitor as David is by far the best.
I have worked with David for commercial law issues and personal and premises alcohol licensing, leasing commercial property advice and long term leasing. I have used this business for many years now.
Whether its family or business matters, I always feel assured that I am in safe hands. From reception to the legal teams (and I have dealt with them all now!), I am always communicated with in a warm and professional manner.
To name but a few that have been great over these years - Caroline Palacio, Paul Brooks, John Navas, Russell Mozumder, David Lee, Mark Pugh & Jason Evans - I certainly don't feel like a transaction like many other legal firms do!
Oh, and some great new offices that are even more accessible on The Avenue, including free parking! Does make a difference, I can tell you :))

I have used RM Legal Solicitors from the very time they started trading, Both for Business and for personal advice and services over the years. I have found them very professional and provided me with a service second to none! The services provided are tailor made to the situation on each and every occasion and the results have always been concluded to a favourable end in my business and personal affairs. I say without hesitation they are the point of the spear in any action I have been required to take unlike less personal Solicitors that provide more costly services with a caveman club approach that I used previously. Feedback is free to leave if your happy with any service but the reader never gets to hear or see the full story that leads to negative feedback so everyone is entitled to there opinion, leaving negative feedback on Solicitors only makes me as a person wonder did you lose due to not taking the good advice given or should have not just settled before visiting the Law!
