I offer private one on one, or in small group, personal training. I am here to help you get the results you have always wanted. Everyone is welcome regards of your fitness levels or experience. I have a back round in martial arts and compete in judo and kickboxing. I work out of Fighting Fit NI where I have a small gym area and a lot of open mat space. This means I get to use traditional gym training, like weights, and also incorporate some of the fitness aspects of some of the martial arts training I do such as boxing. Everyone I have trained so far loves it! Lets face it, the normal gym stuff can get a bit boring. I want your sessions to be interesting, different and fun, all the while helping you achieve your goals. You can see some of the feedback in the link on my profile.
