Met Rabi through instagram. Did a no sugar challenge with him in order to fit into my wedding dress 😁 And thanks to his motivational words and power I made it through! Afterwards i did a 12 week weight loss programme with him online, he really supported and motivated me from a distance. He gave me a complete training schedule and food plan, and he checked up on me regularly and gave me tips where he could. He was always ready to answer all my questions. Thanks to Rabi i lost more than 12kgs in a couple of months time. Am very happy with my weight loss. Will start a 16 week muscle gain programma now with Rabi, can’t wait! I help my clients achieve their fitness goal by allowing them to eat their favourite meal, which allows them to train harder and stay motivated as their able to eat their favourite foods but stay determined. Also the health and the well being of my clients is a priority in order for my clients to achieve their maximum potential, as a good state of mind results in good performance.

Staying consistent is a major priority to gaining your aspirations as it allows you to adapt to the lifestyle and working out becomes the norm. Also another secret would be, I know how to get the best out of my clients due to experience as I know what limits to push them to and I know when to push and not push them as I know the functions of my clients.

What I love about this job is the fact I can transform peoples life by pushing them to achieve their goals, which allows them to gain confidence which gives me great satisfaction if my clients are benefiting from my efforts as I know I am doing a good job. Also meeting new people and developing new friendship which allows me to gain life time friendships.

Being an overweight child lacking confidence gave me the motivation to study health in order to help those that suffer the same as me. I was aware that others had similar issues so I took it upon myself to undertake a degree in health alongside fitness to try and make a change to society. I have done this by empowering those that are suffering with confidence within their body and I took it upon myself to give them that lift so they can feel comfortable in there own skin.

Based on my past experience I have helped over 100 people to help achieve their goals and I am motivated to continue with my success. I would like to continue to impact peoples life by helping people reach their target. I believe I can maintain my efforts as I have had excellent feedback from my clients: As I have transformed their lives and they feel more confident with their everyday life.
