House Cleaning
I have been using RKD cleaning for a few months to help me keep on top of the housework while my partner and I work 40 hour weeks.
They are incredible. Message me every week to see if it's okay to come. Message me even if they are running a few minutes late. The communication is incredible. I always speak to the same person each time (KP) which I love.
The cleaners are perfect. My favourite day of the week is a Wednesday when I come home and my flat is glowing. They even take my bins out! Cannot recommend enough.

I’ve had many cleaners throughout my years of business and this company deserves a five star rating.
I am always kept updated on everything, I am not pressured to pay straight away (they let me pay monthly) and the main thing is that they are reliable.
I am allocated a reserve cleaner (who I get to know well) and she will be there in the event that my usual cleaner is absent.
I can’t fault the standard of cleaning either! Very happy with the service👍👍

Excellent workmanship. I put my job on display and within half an hour I had a phone call. They arranged someone to come round and take a look (as it was a rather large job) and they sent me an official quote which I happily accepted.

This company changed appointments. When a lady did come she was polite I wasn’t overly impressed with the clean unfortunately the shower wasn’t turned off completely and the doors left open so the floor was soaked. Despite being told 2 hours wasn’t enough time to clean one bedroom and downstairs (I’ve had a cleaner for years and this was plenty of time) I was prepared to have a months trial but the lady left a message 20 minutes before she was due to arrive cancelling . I am extremely sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with us. This is our first one star review we have received and as a gesture of goodwill we haven’t charged you for the clean. I can confirm, which I only recently just found out, is that the member of staff assigned to your house (one of my longest and most experienced cleaners) had a terrible issue arise which we had no control of. Instead of making us aware of the problem she put on a brave face and came to work. I know this still isn’t a good enough excuse for the cancellation and as a company we should have managed it better but all of my staff were off due to it being a few days before Christmas. All I can do is apologise again and I hope you understand the situation on my staff’s behalf. I hope you have luck finding another suitable firm. Have a Happy New Year! This company offered me a free hour for their trial clean! I was very happy with this of course but also the clean was to a very high standard.
My house was left in a much better condition and the girls were very polite too. I was kept updated by the boss before the clean and he checked in with me after the clean to see how everything was.
I am happy to recommend this company and continue with the service as they were very professional and efficient.

Remarkable service. I was kept well informed of the girls’ booking a couple of days in advance and was contacted by the Manager the very next day to see how the service was.
I was given a free hour for the first clean and I can’t say anything bad at all about this company. The organisation and communication was at a very professional level and KP went out of his way to help me. The girls Charlene and Sally were very polite and done an excellent job also!

What do you love most about your job?
We love to put smiles on our customers faces. Just seeing them happy with our services is so warming!!
What inspired you to start your own business?
We were fed up with other bosses taking advantage of staff and carrying out awful services to customers. In a way it was good because having long years of negativity actually made us all come together and create a strong unit which is full of positivity every second of the day!
Why should our clients choose you?
We are reasonable on price, we take pride in our work and we go that extra mile.
We put 100% in to every thing that we do. Me and my partner even personally go in to work when we don’t have to! We just love to do good business and give a good service to every customer.
