Lots of good machines and free weights. There's even an upstairs for bodyweightd exercises and rowing machines.

Its open 24h. friendly staff, clean and good atmosphere, and generally reasonable bunch that go there.
No swimming pool, Sauna.
They refuse to let you use the punching bags there without paying for a boxing class. I contacted the management, they said something along the lines of punching bags promote aggression or violence and we dont want that in our gym. Monday evenings are the worst days to go there. It gets busy quite easily and its hopeless when it happens. been a member for about 2 years so far, I think their only problem is controlling the number of members.
