Our family has used Phil several times and have had no issue. However, Karen the other solicitor has proven to be unprofessional, lacking customer experience and will not apologise for errors she or her secretary has made. The firm's rates are roughly 4-5% more than other solicitors around the area so would think paying more would ensure service was of good standing. This was lacking and resulted in me having to use GGP Law. Please approach this company with caution. More...
