I am aghast with this service.
I implore anyone to NOT book with this taxi service.
The cab was 30 minutes late and the operate placated the situation by telling lies that the cab was 2 minutes away until a point it’s been an hour and the taxi has not come.

Tried to ring this lot to arrange a taxibout of Payley today Lady answered the phone I told her where I needed picking up from and she put the phone down so I attempted to ring back and myvcalk was ignored so I rang another brilliant taxi service called Ontime Cars whom obviously offer a far better service so don't waste your time with Riviera cars period!!!

Outstanding service. I have been using this company for a number of years now and they have yet to let me down. The drivers are always helping my grandmother with her shopping who is a wheelchair user. They really do put in the effort to go above and beyond. Having wheelchair access vehicles is extremely helpful for my grandmother and relives the stress for her. The cars are always clean and the prices are reasonable. Amazing customer service on Christmas day. The driver who picked myself and 7 others up was extremely cheerful, pleasant and friendly. Booking on the app and being able to track the vehicle with having the option to pay by card on the app is extremely useful. It saves so much time and effort.
