I have been attending Riverside Dental for the last year. I already had some veneers which I was not happy with. Bim gave me different options to improve the overall look and I chose the long route of having Invasalign and then replacement veneers. Although the treatment has taken almost a year to complete it was definitely the right decision. All the staff at Riverside are friendly and helpful and always confirm your appointments shortly before they are due. My Son (aged 15 now) has had the Invisalign treatment. Although it is a lengthy process, it is absolutely worth doing, as the results are better than we could have ever imagined. The process is simple, effective and less intrusive than other treatments available as it works holistically with the body's natural function. I had not been to a dentist for ten, no maybe fifteen years. I had a series of bad experiences when living and working on London. That coupled with the fact that I am a complete wimp. When I moved to Norwich I was given a personal recommendation for Riverside and finally plucked up courage for a visit and that is when I met Dr Layla Danino in February. If you are like me and are terrified of dentists then I cannot recommend Layla and the team to you more strongly. She is incredibly sensitive and considerate. "It really doesn't have to hurt" she told me at my first appointment and I have learnt from her it really doesn't. At my first treatment appointment I seriously thought about pulling out and arrived in a real state. Layla obviously realised this and helped me through and it really did not hurt. I have had about 8 appointments so far and am nearing the end of the treatment plan and today I turned up for an appointment with no fear and my teeth are finally starting to look and behave the way they should.If you are a wimp like me or just want a seriously good dentist I cannot recommend Layla and Riverside more highly.Thank you Layla and Kaitlin you are a superb team! I wanted to get braces, and after considering several different dentists I decided to go with Riverside Dental Practice and I'm really glad I did. Layla is a fantastic dentist, really friendly and always takes time explain things. She talked me through all the different options and in the end we decided C-Fast braces were the best option for what I needed. The level of service throughout my treatment has been amazing, no problems what so ever and I'm really pleased with the results. I used to be petrified of the dentist, after having bad experiances with NHS i changed to private dental care at riverside. The atmosphere is so calm and all members of staff are very nice and bubbly. In May this year I decided my teeth needed a tidy up, so after doing some research I discovered Dr Sawhney had some excellent reviews on his cosmetic work so thought I would give him a try, I wasn't disappointed! I have since had my teeth whitened and veneers fitted, Bim has done an excellent job, he has transformed my teeth in just a few visits.

After a few bad experiences at other dental practices I made the move to visit Riverside Dental. The whole team are amazing and made me feel welcome right from the very start. I have always been conscious of my front teeth as they overlapped but Bim talked me through all the options available to me. I decided on Invisalign, at each appointment Bim would talk me through what he was going to do and then afterwards discuss the next stages of my treatment. I had been with my own dentist in Buckinghamshire for years (he is my brother in law!) when I had an emergency here in Norwich. I contacted Bim's practice and he and my brother in law liaised over the phone before he did the emergency work on me. I am so glad I made that first step and booked with Riverside Dental Practice! I had been put off going to the dentist from previous bad treatments at poor practices and decided after years of putting it off and years of being unhappy with my crooked teeth that I would brave booking my first appointment. The dental team are so polite and friendly and made me feel perfectly at ease throughout my Invisalign treatment. Bim is a wonderful dentist and I no longer have that sense of dread when visiting the dentist, mainly because he has done such a brilliant job with correcting my teeth! I am beyond happy with the results of Invisalign, they have literally changed my smile completely I cannot thank them enough!
I was quite worried about how painful it would be throughout the treatment and how long it would take but overall, my treatment only took 10 months and I only felt a slight discomfort wearing each new aligner for a day or two then when my teeth had moved and settled there was no pain whatsoever. Even though I really wanted this treatment done, I was quite worried about how it would affect my day to day life with having to remove them whilst eating in public. I became a dab hand at removing the aligners quickly and discreetly and it no longer really bothered me and certainly didn’t stop me eating out with friends! In the beginning, the aligners took about two weeks to fully get used to, after that, they were so comfortable it actually felt strange when I took them out to eat. They were easy and quick to clean and pretty much invisible, hardly anyone noticed I was wearing them unless I told them. This was one of the main reasons I chose Invisalign over a traditional brace, the fact they were so discreet was a bonus as I already felt so self-conscious of my smile I didn’t want to draw any further attention to my teeth with big clumpy metal braces!
