Rising Cafe, Coventry Cathedral

Great quality food and coffees. Fanstastic selection of everything but most of all cakes and you will struggle which one to choose. Very friendly and accomodating staff. Kids options available. Lovely decor and ambience. I went there with a friend and her little niece on a Sat when it was packed and the staff still made it a lovely visit. The little miss was in 7th heaven and felt very grown up on her pillow. I will revisit for sure but on a weekday this time to read over a coffee. Thanks! More...

Amazing experience at the Rising cafe, excellent service and cozy atmosphere :) the place is underneath the cathedral and it's nicely decorated (you can feel the Christmas spirit already). The menu is traditional with options for proper food, breakfast, afternoon tea or cakes. My sausages were exquisite!! Also the choice of cakes and scones was extra, all looking delicious! We'll be back for sure next time in Coventry More...

I haven't ever experienced such regal service in all my years, the food is delicious, the service is fantastic, the attention to detail on everything they do is marvellous the atmosphere of the the rising cafe is truly just one that is filled with splendour and it's a terrific place to be whether you want a meal or if you just wanted a quick bite with a latte or even just to enjoy each other's company with friends in a wonderful place, filled with staff that just ooze great attitudes, you can tell when people are dedicated to what they do and not only that but they do their work with such passion it seems unreal for such a place exist, may they grow and grow from glory to glory, may God the father bless them all.

Wonderful atmosphere. Dressed like the 1940s. We could have stayed there all day. Food, drink and service excellent. And it is run by a very deserving charity, which helps rehabilitate addicts. Amazing work.

I liked the place . Elderly couple I met were very impressed, they noticed more on sale than I did too. Was very loud in there, a little expensive some items were for Small portion of meat in a bun, and wud av liked a breadcrumbed choice in a bun too, please ( for Adults ).
