i Had all my gutter done by Luke he done a fantastic job unfortunately it leaked he did send one of his colleague to sort it out but when it rained again it leaked i have tried to get in touch with Luke with no response does any one what has happened to Luke as he is the only person i can trust.

Extremely polite and professional guys. My elderly mother (80) developed a leak on her garage flat roof. Having organised a few quotes, we then contacted Luke at Rightway.

Some other quotes we'd received we're way over the top and tried to make out that more work was needed than necessary. Luke gave an honest assessment and was priced competitively.

Luke was extremely honest and very reassuring when dealing directly with my mom. Some people see the elderly as an easy buck, not Luke, he went the extra mile to make my mom feel comfortable during the entire process. He took pictures and videos of the roof, both during the work and afterwards.

Luke even cut back a large bush that was lapping onto the roof - not quoted for, but he did this with a smile.

Well done Luke, I hope someone looks after your loved ones in the same way as you dealt with my mom. More...

Enquired about a roofer via Bark and was contacted nearly right away by Luke, came the next day at the time agreed and took at look at our problem. Turned out bigger than we thought. Luke took photos and videos to show us of the problems pre work and then afterwards. Helpful, genuine and would definitely recommend.

Luke responded to the bark straight away . He came out to us the next day to look at the work , he was very friendly , professional and we instantly felt like we could trust him . We then booked to have the work carried out . We are extremely pleased with the work that was carried out and the pricing was very fair .
